Private Island Manager is responsible for driving effortless luxury by maintaining the highest level of personalization and attention for our guests from pre-arrival through post-departure with a special focus on guest satisfaction, event planning and the overall maintenance/organization of the Ithaafushi Private Island.
Oversees and directs all aspects of the Ithaafushi Private Island operations and when necessary, work in conjunction with the Front Office, Engineering and F&B team for the daily basis operation.
Responsible for supporting Front Office Operations if there is no booking for the Private Island to enhance the guest experience.
Ensures that everything runs by focusing on the following aspects: Maximization of revenues and profits, minimization of operating costs, implementation of preventive maintence programs and follow-up of service standards.
Ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction and the delivery of the Waldorf Astoria Brand and Hilton Worldwide mission and vision.
Specifically, as Private Island Manager for Waldorf Astoria Maldives you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences and continuously monitor guest satisfaction and service quality.
Support the strategic management and operational success of the Private Island.
Lead and coordinate key initiatives, including projects, refurbishments, training, and service enhancements.
Maintain strong relationships with operational teams, guests, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Ensure seamless coordination between all departments to deliver outstanding Waldorf service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the island, villas, facilities, and guest areas to maintain the highest standards.
Oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations through close collaboration with Engineering and Housekeeping teams.
