Description:

• General
  o Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
  o Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
  o Conducts daily shift briefings.
  o Ensures that all team members under your supervision are well training and productively assigned daily job task.
  o Ensures all team members are provided with consistent On-the-job training and other relevant trainings.
  o Follows up on work and maintains logbook.
  o Knows and strictly follows all established cleaning procedures.
  o Prepares Room/Public Area crew work assignment sheet.
  o Reports Monthly Chemical consumption
• Monthly Guest Supplies and Amenities usage.
  o Knows how to operate/use available Housekeeping machinery’s and chemicals according to established standards.
  o Ensures all Front of House and Back of House areas are well maintained
• clean and tidy at all times.
  o Conducts Quality Room/Public Areas Inspections.
  o Maintains proper par stock of inventory items.
  o Reports all maintenance deficiencies immediately.
  o Assist in other sections of Housekeeping department as and went required based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Min diploma in hospitality or equivalent.

  – Practical experience as a departmental trainer in housekeeping.

  – Must be proficient with reservations handling and process and familiar with Opera/Micros system.

  – Excellent command of English language

• knowledge of other languages is a plus.
