Un/a Limpiador/a de Áreas Públicas es responsable de garantizar la limpieza de las áreas públicas para brindar una excelente experiencia a Huéspedes y Socios, a la vez que gestiona los problemas de los clientes y realiza tareas regulares de limpieza profunda.

Como Limpiador/a de Áreas Públicas, usted es responsable de garantizar la limpieza de las áreas públicas para brindar una excelente experiencia a Huéspedes y Socios. También deberá gestionar los problemas de los clientes y realizar tareas regulares de limpieza profunda. En concreto, será responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas con los más altos estándares:
Garantizar la limpieza de todas las áreas públicas.
Llevar a cabo los procedimientos de objetos perdidos.
Gestionar los problemas de servicio al cliente de forma rápida y eficaz.
Administrar las llaves maestras en su posesión.
Realizar tareas regulares de limpieza profunda, por ejemplo, limpieza profunda mensual y lavado de alfombras con champú.
Informar sobre problemas de mantenimiento al Departamento de Mantenimiento/Ingeniería.
Revisar las áreas públicas y los baños, tomando las medidas correctivas necesarias.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, incendios y salud y seguridad del hotel.
Realizar cualquier otra tarea razonable establecida por la gerencia del hotel.
