About the role:

To work with the PR Manager on generating awareness of the hotel through all media outlets; including a strong focus on local awareness; and assist in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations plan. Focus on the hotel website, and the development of a hotel e-Newsletter and all electronic marketing tools.

What you will do:

  • Promote awareness of hotel image internally and externally

  • Working with dedicated PR agency in designing and initial proofreading a variety of hotel promotional and marketing materials

  • Provide the template for online guest comments review and can support customized reply to complicated guest comments/complaints

  • File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings

  • Review the online content in media announcements and media kits related to hotel via official online platforms and make sure it is the most updated information in PR for Commercial usage.

  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for Commercial, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.

  • Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.

  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.  ​

  • To perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by superiors.

What you Bring:

  • Degree in PR, communications, journalism relevant field are preferred

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help

  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Has a working knowledge of Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures

  • Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

  • Has proven ability to manage multiple priorities with lean resources while delivering high-quality results

  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language

  • A proven track record of successful PR or social campaigns

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Has a positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach

  • Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
