Nuestro supervisor de compras será responsable de coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con la adquisición de bienes y servicios necesarios para el funcionamiento del hotel. Esto incluye la selección y negociación con proveedores, la gestión de inventarios, la elaboración de órdenes de compra, y el seguimiento de entregas. Además, debe asegurar que las compras se realicen dentro del presupuesto y cumplan con los requisitos de calidad, tiempo y costos establecidos, todo mientras mantiene una comunicación constante con otros departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia en el proceso de abastecimiento.
Funciones que desarrollará
– Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de compras de bienes y servicios, asegurando calidad, precio y oportunidad.
– Supervisar el control de inventarios, asegurando la correcta rotación, almacenamiento y disponibilidad de productos.
– Gestionar operaciones bajo régimen de zona franca, cumpliendo con normativas aduaneras y fiscales.
