1. 1. Ensure that the goods requested are accepted in accordance with the purchase orders. Report any missing goods to the Purchasing Department.
   2. Control the purchased goods at the time of acceptance for their content, quantity, and expiry date.
   3. Ensure that the goods accepted are recorded on the Goods Acceptance Form at the time of acceptance and the goods are labelled with their date of acceptance.
   4. Follow the instructions given by the Finance Controller.
   5. Distribute the goods requested to the respective departments.
   6. Control the invoices and delivery slips, enter the information into the system, print the data, and then send the invoice and other print outs to the S/P system after the storage house and cost controls are carried out.
   7.    Solve any problems with vendors concerning invoices.
   8. Carry out the procedures for goods to be returned.
   9. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.
   10. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

1. 1. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
   2. To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment
