¡Las primeras impresiones son todo! Como Recepcionista, cuidará de los huéspedes desde el momento en que llegan hasta su partida, asegurándose de que tengan una experiencia memorable con nosotros.
Otorgar un excelente servicio de atención al cliente/huésped, durante toda su estadía en el hotel, mostrándose siempre disponible hacia cualquier requerimiento con los estándares que exige la cadena. Actuar de manera empática con el cliente, seguir los procesos de recepción establecidos para el
área.
