Responsable de ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a cada huésped mediante un servicio cálido y profesional, cumpliendo los estándares de Four Seasons. Este rol integra atención al cliente, gestión administrativa y apoyo operativo para garantizar instalaciones impecables, procesos eficientes y el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, manteniendo siempre un ambiente organizado y positivo.
Funciones:
• Atender y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes de manera cálida y profesional, asegurando una experiencia de lujo desde el primer contacto.
• Gestionar reservas y programación de tratamientos, incluyendo cambios y cancelaciones, garantizando eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.
• Brindar información y recomendaciones sobre el menú de servicios, orientando al huésped según sus necesidades y preferencias.
• Procesar pagos y administrar folios de huéspedes con precisión, asegurando exactitud en todas las transacciones.
• Mantener las áreas del spa y retail en óptimas condiciones de limpieza, orden y presentación, alineadas con los estándares de la marca.
• Cumplir con los protocolos y estándares de servicio de Four Seasons, asegurando consistencia en cada interacción y procedimiento.
• Apoyar la operación diaria mediante tareas administrativas, como reportes, inventarios y coordinación con el equipo para garantizar una experiencia fluida.
Requisitos:
• Bachiller
• Deseable profesional en hotelería y turismo
