Como Recepcionista, você será parte essencial da jornada do hóspede, garantindo atendimento impecável, personalizado e alinhado aos padrões internacionais da marca Hilton.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Realizar check-in e check-out seguindo os padrões Hilton.
Oferecer atendimento cortês e personalizado, sempre tratando o hóspede pelo nome.
Resolver solicitações e necessidades com agilidade, utilizando linguagem positiva.
Promover serviços do hotel e fornecer informações sobre atrações locais.
Realizar atendimento telefônico e apoio às reservas quando necessário.
Conferir lançamentos, documentos e auxiliar no fechamento de caixa.
Registrar ocorrências e apoiar em service recovery.
Manter organização das áreas de recepção e colaborar com demais equipes.
Inglês avançado (terceiro idioma é diferencial).
Boa comunicação, pró-atividade, organização e paciência.
Conhecimentos básicos de informática (Word e Excel).
Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (preferencialmente Turismo/Hotelaria).
Experiência na função.
