Meliá Isla Canela  is a four-star hotel located on the beautiful coast of Andalusia, renowned for its excellent service and commitment to guest satisfaction. With modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, Meliá Isla Canela offers an unforgettable experience to all its visitors. 

Mission:

  • Perform customer check-in and check-out.
  • Attend to and manage reservations, inquiries and incidents.
  • Provide information about hotel services.
  • Manage collections and billing.
  • Coordination with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
  • To ensure an excellent guest experience throughout their stay.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Training in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience or in a similar position (valued).
  • High level of English; other languages ​​(German, French) will be valued.
  • Basic knowledge of Opera Cloud or hotel management systems (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Organized, proactive person with a learning attitude and teamwork skills.
  • A vocation for service and attention to detail.
