Faire le check-in des clients dans plusieurs langues de manière professionnelle, accueillante et personnalisée tout en appliquant la politique tarifaire et les procédures. Vous serez amené(e) à renseigner les clients sur les prestations de l’hôtel, entretenir une bonne relation avec ceux-ci dans le but de les fidéliser au travers de notre programme LeClub, optimiser le taux d’occupation et augmenter le chiffre d’affaires de l’hôtel. Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez capable de gérer les encaissements, la facturation, la clôture des opérations de la journée et préparer les arrivées futures.
Le room service et la préparation du petit déjeuner du lendemain feront aussi partie de votre mission.
Au cours de votre shift, vous serez responsable de la sécurité des clients et de l’établissement.
