La réception de nuit joue un rôle essentiel dans la continuité de l’accueil et la qualité de l’expérience client.
Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) Réceptionniste de nuit dans le cadre d’un poste en CDI, afin d’assurer un service irréprochable durant les horaires nocturnes.
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe de réception, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Professionnel(le) de l’hôtellerie de luxe, vous faites preuve d’un grand sens du service et d’un excellent savoir-être.
Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous assurez un accueil irréprochable tout en garantissant la sécurité et la sérénité de l’établissement durant la nuit. Doté(e) d’un excellent sang-froid et d’une discrétion absolue, vous savez gérer les situations imprévues avec efficacité et professionnalisme.
La maîtrise du logiciel Opera est indispensable. Une bonne présentation et un très bon niveau de français sont requis ; la pratique de l’anglais est un atout.
