Votre kit du savoir-faire :
· Accompagner nos clients au cours de leur séjour afin de leur faire vivre une expérience unique
· Créer et/ou entretenir d’excellentes relations avec notre clientèle
· Atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs du service réception et de l’ensemble de l’hôtel
· Assurer le service restauration : petits déjeuners et en-cas le soir
· Etre à l’écoute, prendre en compte, anticiper et gérer les besoins du client
· Valoriser le programme de fidélité de la marque et du groupe
· Contribuer à l’image positive de l’hôtel et de la marque au quotidien
Votre kit du savoir-être :
· Une première expérience en hôtellerie / restauration
· Etre à l’écoute et disponible pour aider ses collègues en restauration et au bar
· Un esprit créatif et de partage
· Le travail en équipe est un point fort
· Et enfin, un sourire en toutes circonstances.
