JOB DESCRIPTION

Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part-Time Recreation Attendant to join the Recreation team! Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Tropics Pool Bar & Grill is one of seven outlets at the hotel. Our outlet is open daily, Bar Service- 11AM, Food Service – Noon.

The ideal candidate holds at least 2+ years in customer service. Ability to work the flexible shifts and outside is required.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time (2-3 shifts per week). Weekend availability is a must.

Pay Rate: $16.64 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests enjoying the hotel pools, lazy river, cabanas and recreational facilities. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and tend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, and issuing recreational equipment, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of general pool area and pool deck including, collecting towels, emptying used towel bins, replenishing towels, and organizing poolside furniture and cabanas
• Maintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, floats, and recreational equipment, etc.
• Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards
