Recreation Supervisor

Signia by Hilton La Cantera is looking for a Supervisor to join their Recreation team!

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, adaptable professional with at least two years of customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and effortlessly balances professionalism with a fun, guest-focused presence. What Will I Be Doing?

As the Recreation Supervisor, you would be responsible for the supervision and implementation of resort activities and recreation programs, operations, facilities, inventories, guest service, hiring, and training, including:

• Supervise and lead recreation staff across all outlets, ensuring policy compliance, performance accountability, and strong team morale
• Oversee daily operations of all recreation offerings, including Kids Club, pools, crafts, activities, retail, holiday, and group events
• Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and manage staff, including timekeeping and payroll oversight
• Design, implement, and execute engaging recreation programs with a strong focus on children’s activities and guest experience
• Ensure all standard operating procedures, safety standards, and cleanliness expectations are consistently met
• Manage retail operations for the Swim & Play (Pool) Shop, including inventory control and merchandise ordering
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Coordinate group and special event activities in partnership with meeting planners and resort stakeholders
