Job Description:
Job Mission: Together with the Reservations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing hotel reservations, providing personalized customer service, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring an experience aligned with the hotel’s established standards of quality, service, and excellence
What will you have to do?
What are we looking for?
• Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position, preferably in 4 and 5-star hotels
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation management systems (PMS, channel manager, CRS).
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Office Suite).
• High level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued.
• Customer focus, communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Flexibility and adaptation to dynamic environments.
