Job Description

 

We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Dubai Damac Hills, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Skills and Experience:  

As a Reservations Agent, you embody a unique blend of precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach, elevating our Reservations Team. Your role is instrumental in ensuring seamless and top-notch service, where attention to detail meets a passion for enhancing the guest experience.

  • Supports the smooth running of the reservations department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
  • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Delivers on plans and objectives where reservations initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
  • Supervises the reservations team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Reviews and scrutinizes the performance of the business, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
  • Arabic Speaker is a plus

Salary Band

Competitive Salary provided – AED 2,000
Average Service Charge – AED 700
Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate

Language Allowance for Arabic Speaker – AED 350

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in reservations.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem- solving capabilities offering support where required.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
  • Arabic Speaker is a plus
