Brand Campaign: Fairmont has launched a new global brand campaign, ‘Make Special Happen,’ celebrating its heritage of hosting iconic events and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Analyze market trends, occupancy rates, and competitive positioning to inform pricing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
• Assist in preparing accurate forecasts for revenue and occupancy.
• Generate regular reports on revenue performance for management review.
• Support the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions.
• Monitor and adjust rates in response to changes in demand and competitor actions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
• Provide training and guidance on revenue management practices to relevant staff.
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy during low-demand periods.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promotions.
