We are hiring Reservations Agents, Guest Services Agents, Butlers and Porters who are passionate about creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for our guests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
• High level of creativity with local knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings and evenings
