Reservations Coordinator

Come join the team at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square located in the heart of Downtown San Francisco!

The team is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements. This role serves as a liaison between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office, ensuring accurate reservation details and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
  • Secure individual bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations
  • Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy
  • Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades
  • Support sales efforts: Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities
