Job Description

 

Delivering world-class concierge service is at the heart of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess experience. By anticipating guest needs, offering expert local insights, and creating personalized recommendations, you will ensure each guest enjoys an exceptional and unforgettable stay.

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during/prior to the guest’s arrival
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic area
  • Extensive knowledge of the Valley, golf courses, restaurants and attractions
  • Strong computer skills are required.  Microsoft Office programs are a plus.
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
