At the heart of the resort is Sola Restaurant & Bar, our vibrant dining destination where guests come together to enjoy relaxed dining, quality food and beverages in a beautiful resort setting. As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the guest experience at Sola while leading a passionate Food & Beverage team.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Sola Restaurant & Bar, Deli Cafe and hotel pop-up venues.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and developing a high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of the restaurant and bar experience, driving service standards, team engagement and commercial performance.
