Per il Radisson Blu Hotel Milan, struttura prevalentemente business di 250 camere con un importante Centro Congressi, siamo alla ricerca di un talentuoso Restaurant Manager per garantire un’esperienza personalizzata e di qualità agli Ospiti, andando ben oltre le aspettative.
In qualità di Restaurant Manager avrai l’opportunità di essere portatore dei valori del nostro brand e gestirai una squadra che si diverte nel fornire giornalmente un servizio oltre le aspettative!
Maggiori responsabilità
– Gestire il team, promuovendo una cultura di crescita, sviluppo e performance, mantenendo buone relazioni con gli Ospiti e i colleghi;
– Garantire il buon funzionamento del ristorante, anticipando le richieste degli ospiti, motivando il team e creando la giusta offerta per ogni momento della giornata;
– Gestire il budget di reparto;
– Garantire l’ottimizzazione dei costi e gestire la pianificazione dello staff;
– Raggiungere gli obiettivi economici e qualitativi di reparto;
– Offrire soluzioni efficaci per migliorare gli standard di servizio, i ricavi e il controllo dei costi.
Il profilo ideale
– Comprovata esperienza in F&B, passione per il settore ristorazione e customer attitude;
– Sviluppate capacità manageriali e di leadership con approccio dinamico e stile di lavoro esemplare;
– Problem solving e capacità di trovare soluzioni creative;
– Integrità e serietà professionale;
– Voglia di mettersi in gioco in un ambiente che richiede eccellenza, impegno ed energia;
– Conoscenza sistemi informatici;
– Buone capacità di comunicazione e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
