This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.
In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Papaya Club. You will be reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and overseeing the Front-of-House Team Members.
