Job mission

Supervise the operation of the restaurant in the assigned area or time slot, ensuring quality of service, compliance with standards and support for the achievement of the economic and operational objectives of the F&B department.

What will you have to do?

  • Control daily and monthly inventories of tableware, glassware, cutlery and operating material, ensuring their correct management.
  • Monitor the status of menus, drink lists, promotions, and compliance with presentation and service standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, deep cleaning and operation of restaurant and bar machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and CRISTAL standards, as well as operational checklists.
  • Manage area costs, support the achievement of revenue targets, and promote upselling within the team.
  • Supervise staff during service, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the correct execution of procedures.

What are we looking for?

Training

  • Higher degree or university qualification in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields.

Languages

  • Spanish.
  • Advanced English

Specific knowledge

  • Current trends in dining room and service.
  • POS Management (REVO), Advanced Office and operational tools.
  • Organization, operational leadership and customer orientation.
  • Creativity and innovation in service proposals.

Experience

  • 1 year in a similar position in the hotel or restaurant industry.
