Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record of leading successful restaurant operations? We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing F&B team in Kuwait.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
✅ Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
✅ Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams
✅ Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
✅ Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
✅ Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to support business growth
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
✔️ 6–8 years of relevant restaurant management experience
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
✔️ Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
