As a Revenue Analyst, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for multiple hotels by supporting the Directors, Cluster Revenue Managers, and Cluster Revenue Managers in the strategic coordination of revenue management reporting, processes, and procedures.
What will I be doing?
· Create, update, and share RMCC reports to all relevant parties; complete all Revenue Analysts’ tasks as and when necessary to ensure consistent processes and procedures for all hotels managed by RMCC
· Ensure professional and efficient utilization of Hilton systems, tools, and reports; follow best practice for RMCC to ensure all commercial decisions are supported by appropriate data analysis
· Manage, contribute, and participate in projects to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the RMCC department, reports, process, or procedures
· Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.
· Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
· Build an effective working relationship with commercial service teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the commercial decisions based on data and fact
· Support Revenue Managers and Directors in the RMCC to ensure a constant and consistent delivery of Revenue Management reporting materials and to drive the business processes forward
· Follow the RMCC training program to gain expertise of Revenue Management and ensure consistent support for all hotels in the RMCC
