Revenue Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hamilton Hotel Partners Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive business growth. In this role, you will analyze market trends, manage inventory, and implement pricing strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive and profitable.
What we offer:
– £49,900 per annum
– Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)

Your role
We are committed to maximizing revenue and ensuring strong financial performance. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data, forecasting demand, and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement strategies that optimize occupancy and profitability.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
•Analyzing booking trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
