Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With seven distinct dining experiences including a top-level sky lounge, premium wellness offerings, and the largest ballroom in Indiana, this property is set to redefine the luxury hospitality experience in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in high-volume bar and restaurant operations, is highly organized, and has a proven ability to develop teams, create standard operating procedures, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A hands-on leader which strong beverage, marketing, and activations experience with a passion for service excellence and a strong eye for detail.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays included.

As a Rooftop Lounge General Manager, you’re not just managing daily operations for one of our hotel dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Drive revenue growth: Implement innovative marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability
• Lead daily operations: Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the dining experience
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
• Recruit and onboard talent: Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
