A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

1. 负责酒店内所有布草、制服及客人衣物的接收、分类、标记与分发工作，确保准确无误。 2. 熟练操作各类洗衣设备，包括但不限于洗衣机、烘干机、熨烫机等，保证洗涤质量达到酒店高标准。 3. 根据衣物材质和洗涤标签，选择合适的洗涤程序和洗涤剂，处理特殊污渍和精细织物，确保衣物完好无损。 4. 定期检查洗衣房设备运行状况，及时报告并协助维修，保持工作区域的整洁与安全。 5. 参与洗衣房的库存管理，包括洗涤用品、布草及制服的盘点、补充与记录，有效控制成本。 6. 积极响应客人需求，提供快速、专业的洗衣服务，包括加急洗衣、特殊护理等，提升客人满意度。 7. 遵守酒店规章制度，参与团队会议，分享工作经验，不断提升服务效率与质量。 1. 不限学历，但需具备3年以上酒店洗衣房或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉洗衣房运作流程。 2. 具备良好的衣物识别能力，能够根据衣物材质和洗涤要求进行正确处理。 3. 熟练操作各类洗衣设备，具备基本的设备维护与故障排除能力。 4. 工作细致认真，注重细节，有良好的时间管理和组织能力，能在高压环境下保持高效工作。 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与客人及团队成员有效沟通，解决洗衣过程中遇到的问题。 6. 身体健康，能够承受体力劳动，适应轮班工作制度。 7. 对酒店业充满热情，愿意不断学习新知识，提升个人技能与服务水平。 As the world’s first and most global luxury hotel brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has pioneered international travel since the 1940s, we are passionate about sharing our […]
