MISSION
Perform daily cleaning and tidying of the rooms, as well as report any damage to them to your immediate supervisor.
What will your main responsibilities be?
-Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, as well as the responsibilities required by your position.
-Carry out the cleaning and preparation of the rooms, as well as the common areas, taking care of the good condition of the facilities and furniture, using the necessary cleaning products, instruments and materials.
-Check daily the operation of all facilities, electrical appliances in the room and equipment in general.
-Change the lingerie according to the procedures.
-Equip and replenish guest rooms with necessary amenities and supplies. Take care of garbage disposal.
-Report any anomalies, defects or malfunctions detected, providing a description of them so that they can be repaired following the established procedures.
-Organize and maintain the office and cart in perfect order, condition and cleanliness, keeping track of the stock level of supplies, clothes and materials, in accordance with the established procedures.
-Hand over items left behind by guests to the Housekeeping Manager at the end of the shift.
-Review and verify the status of the room, certifying that there is no discrepancy with the system.
-Review the empty rooms assigned for arrival.
-Comply with the specific regulations of the department and those relating to occupational risk prevention specific to the cleaning area.
-Participate in department meetings, providing suggestions on aspects to improve the management and organization of the department.
-Participate in the training courses organized by the company.
