We are now looking for a Room Attendant to join our dynamic Housekeeping team.

What the Role Looks Like

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have the best possible stay by keeping their rooms comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. A typical day includes:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Checking bathrooms for cleanliness and ensuring towels and toiletries are refreshed.
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly to your supervisor.
• Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Working as part of the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are ready for guest check-in.
• Supporting the wider hotel team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For

• A Yes I Can! attitude with flexibility and positivity.
• Strong attention to detail – you notice when something isn’t quite right.
• Team player – willing to support colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Time management skills – able to work efficiently to prepare rooms on schedule.
• Communication skills – able to interact confidently with both guests and colleagues.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential – we’ll provide full training.
