• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, government organizations, and key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize hotel revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and presentations.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and preparing proposals for clients.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve room nights, banquet, and catering revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client entertainment activities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within assigned segments.
