Scope of Position

• Acquire, develop, and manage leisure accounts across Europe, including tour operators, wholesalers, consortia, luxury travel agencies, and key leisure partners, in line with the hotel’s business mix strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships to maximize revenue from European source markets.
• Ensure maximum acceptance and conversion of RFP opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, economic conditions, and customer demand within Europe, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on account and segment performance, recommending strategies to maximize revenue and address shortfalls.
• Implement sales action plans and initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Quote and negotiate rates for transient, long-stay, and group business within established commercial guidelines.
• Maintain accurate account records, production data, and customer profiles within the sales management system.
• Develop a strong understanding of the property’s target markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive business growth.
• Adhere to established sales strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including promotion of the MOHG portfolio through the MObilise programme.
