We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our new Sales Manager (Leisure). Reporting to the Director of Transient Sales, the Sales Manager (Leisure) is responsible for driving transient leisure revenue through wholesale tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), leisure travel partners, and emerging golf travel opportunities. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, expanding distribution channels, and increasing market share across key leisure segments. The successful candidate will develop strong industry relationships while positioning Fairmont Southampton as Bermuda’s leading luxury resort destination.
This position may be based in Bermuda, the Northeastern United States, or Miami, and requires regular travel to key markets, partner meetings, and industry events.
