Seasonal Event Parking Attendant

Job Description

 

Ready to pour some magic into two of the most spectacular seasonal events in Scottsdale? Join the team behind the scenes at Christmas at the Princess — where festive fun meets five-star service!

With over 250,000 visitors and national recognition from People Magazine, CNN, and more, these signature celebrations bring unforgettable experiences to life — and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Barbacks to help us deliver the cheer, one cocktail at a time.

As a Seasonal Parking Ambassador, you are the first point of contact for guests arriving at Christmas at the Princess. You’ll welcome guests with enthusiasm, guide them efficiently through parking zones, and ensure a safe, well-organized, and hospitable arrival and departure experience. This role is essential to setting the tone for a magical seasonal event.

Reporting to the Resort Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet every guest with a warm and cheerful welcome upon arrival.
  • Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
  • Scan Parking tickets and assist with parking purchases.
  • Assist with traffic flow and prevent congestion
  • Communicate clearly using hand signals, radios, or signage to guide drivers.
  • Provide information about event entrances, ADA access, or event
  • Monitor and enforce parking guidelines, ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle zones.
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
  • Remain visible, attentive, and guest-focused throughout shift.
