Second de cuisine

Ton challenge : Participer à l’élaboration d’une cuisine moderne et inspirante pour régaler nos clients

  • Management et animation des équipes avec le Chef de cuisine,
  • Intégration, formation et encadrement des collaborateurs,
  • Ajuste la planification des activités en fonction des aléas,
  • Gestion des budgets et des stocks,
  • Réceptionne et contrôle les approvisionnements dans le respect des normes d’hygiène en vigueur,
  • Production culinaire,
  • Participe à l’élaboration de la carte,
  • Réalise et maitrise l’élaboration des plats,
  • Bonne connaissance des normes d’hygiène,
  • Assure le nettoyage du matériel et de la cuisine.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Esprit d’équipe,
  • Sens de l’organisation,
  • Leadership,
  • Méthodique et rigoureux,
  • Autonome, créatif et bon gestionnaire,
  • Sens du détail et de la qualité.
  • De niveau CAP, BAC ou BTS,
  • Une expérience de 4 ans en cuisine sur des postes à responsabilités.
