Security Dispatcher

What will I be doing?
As a Security Dispatcher, you would be responsible for monitoring life safety systems and dispatching Security Officers to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Monitor life safety systems
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries and requests and dispatch Security Officers to respond to guest calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Track guest inquiries, reports and requests via a manual log and/or an automated property management system
  • Manage key distribution (i.e. supply room keys, guest room keys, etc.), as needed
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities in the Security department, as directed
