Security Manager

This position will report to the Director of Security and will oversee 5-6 team members per shift

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, must have a minimum of 1-3 years Managment experience in Security, good with communication skills, open and flexible with previous experience working with MS Shift, Key Watcher and Dorma Kab.

Shift Pattern: Open availability and Weekend/holiday availability are required. Mainly 2nd PM shift

What will I be doing?

• Direct and administer all Security operations and functions to include, but not limited to, preserving the safety and security of the guests, team members and the facility, safe work practice promotion, OSHA compliance, safety incentive programs and classes, systems use and management, lost and found, budgeting and forecasting, department management, adherence to federal, state and local standards and meeting participation and facilitation
