About the role
Security Officer actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

• Patrol and monitor premises
• Access Control and Visitor Management
• Respond to Emergencies and Incidents
• Guest and Employee Assistance
• Surveillance Monitoring
• Incident Reporting and Documentation
• Enforcement of Policies and Procedures
• Loss Prevention and Asset Protection
• Participation in Training and Drills

What you bring

• Calm, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor, even under pressure.
• Additional coursework or certifications in criminal justice, security management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Familiarity with emergency response, access control, and guest service in a hotel setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
