JOB DESCRIPTION
Capital Hilton is looking to welcome an On-Call Security Officer to join the team!
Our historic hotel is in the heart of the nation’s capital, less than a mile from McPherson Sq metro station has 559 guest rooms, over 31,235 total event space and 21 meeting rooms. Our 5+ team members report to the Director of Security.
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years as a security officer across various industries and 2+ years customer service experience. A current, active security license in the state of D.C. is required. Ability to work the varying shifts. Prior hotel experience a plus!
Shift Pattern: On-Call (7AM-3:30PM and 3PM-11:30PM) (weekday, weekend, and holidays)
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As an On-Call Security Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
