Ideal Candidate

• We are looking for individuals who possess
• Turkish Citizenship or Turkish ID are required.
• Valid OZEL GUVENLIK KIMLIK KARTI is required.
• The ability to Perform the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all homeowners, personnel, and property.
• The ability to patrol the interior and exterior of the building and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
• The ability to handle and document homeowner and employee accidents, homeowner room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises with coordination with Concierge team.
• The ability to assist handicapped homeowners.
• The ability to remain informed of current local laws and regulations as they relate to the residence, particularly in areas of homeowner, patron, and employee rights.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role required,
• The ability to monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)
• The ability to do Safety Inspections throughout the Residences.
• The ability to investigate crimes committed against the Residence building, homeowners, and employees.
