As a Security Shift Leader at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection, you are not just a security presence—you are a key part of creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable environment for guests and staff. You’ll lead by example, oversee the security team during your shift, and ensure all security protocols are followed flawlessly.

• Safety & Security Oversight
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety across all areas.
  • Monitor security systems, patrols, and any safety procedures.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise security staff during your shift.
  • Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Guest Experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable environment that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of incidents, follow-ups, and audits.
• Operational Efficiency
  • Support departmental plans and objectives.
  • Control costs, inventory, and resources during your shift.
