The Role – Overview

The Security Supervisor is part of a team responsible for the security and safety measures throughout the property.  The Security Supervisor will support the Assistant Director of Security and actively promote and oversee every aspect of the property’s physical security and safety for Guests, Residents, Employees, Assets, and Reputation 24-hours a day.  As the Security Supervisor, they will need to be skilled in problem solving with a high attention to detail and accountability.  All interactions are expected to be handled with extreme sensitivity towards all occupants and workers, anticipating their needs so that we can meet our standards and achieve maximum Residential satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ guidelines and policies.

• Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality, and professionalism
