Security Supervisor – Guest-Focused Safety & Service

As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead efforts to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors. With a strong presence throughout the property, you will oversee security operations on your shift and support a service-first culture that prioritizes comfort, care, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor hotel premises with vigilance and professionalism
• Respond promptly and courteously to security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up
• Supervise and train the Security Team, fostering a guest-first mindset
• Support hotel staff in managing sensitive or unusual guest situations with discretion and care
• Review and improve safety protocols, surveillance, and emergency response systems
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct team briefings and lead regular safety audits
