Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead and mentor the security team, assigning duties and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest inquiries.
• Support departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with management to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity levels.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships, promoting RHG’s culture, values, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, company policies, and security protocols, documenting activities for internal and external audits and performing follow-ups as needed.
