Opening in late 2026, Delano London brings the spirit and celebrated heritage of the iconic Delano Miami Beach to London, reimagined for a new generation. Set overlooking Kensington Gardens, the hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, Lana Lusa, the legendary Rose Bar and Rose Lounge, alongside The Source wellness offering.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Breakfast Chef to join the pre-opening culinary team of Delano London. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef and working closely with the Senior Sous Chef ,you’ll take ownership of the breakfast operation and weekend brunch, helping to create a memorable and consistently excellent start to every guest’s day. You’ll lead by example, build a strong breakfast team and deliver food that combines precision, generosity, freshness and genuine hospitality.

What you’ll do…

• Take day-to-day ownership of the breakfast operation and weekend brunch, ensuring excellent preparation, organisation, service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the breakfast kitchen team, setting clear expectations and maintaining a calm, professional and supportive working environment.
• Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to develop and deliver a breakfast and brunch experience aligned with the Delano and Lana Lusa concepts.
• Oversee the preparation and service of a high-quality breakfast offering, including eggs, hot breakfast dishes, bakery and pastry items, cereals, fruits, healthy options, juices and other menu requirements.
• Deliver an elevated weekend brunch experience with strong attention to food quality, presentation, timing, variety and consistency.
• Ensure all breakfast and brunch dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to the required Delano standard, following recipes, specifications, portion controls and plating guidelines.
