The Senior Director of Human Resources will report directly to the Area Director of Human Resources (Spain) and serve as a key member of the properties’ leadership teams (e.g., Executive Committee, Guidance Team). As a senior leader within the Human Resources organization, this role provides strategic HR generalist leadership across multiple properties/sites.
The Senior Director will be accountable for talent acquisition, compensation, succession and workforce planning, performance management, and employee development, leveraging HR technology to drive efficiency and scalability. He/she will coach and develop leaders, influence decision-making, and partner closely with business stakeholders to effectively execute brand and business strategies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic HR leadership, combining deep business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This role will play a pivotal part in leading change management initiatives, fostering a culture of agility and innovation, and ensuring the organization is well positioned to meet evolving business needs.

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field.
•Strong academic foundation enabling operational HR excellence and strategic decision-making.
•Postgraduate or Master’s qualification in Human Resources, Compensation, Organizational Psychology, or similar disciplines.
•Professional training or certification in Compensation methodologies, Global Grading, Talent Management frameworks, or HR Analytics.
•Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably with at least 5 years at director level in a large multi-national organization.
•Demonstrated success in leading HR strategy and organizational change in high-performance environments.
•Experience managing multi-property HR operations, preferably within unionized settings.
•Deep understanding of Spanish labour law, employment practices, compensation, and cultural dynamics.
•Strong analytical capability, preferably with experience using BI tools and data-driven HR KPIs.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
•Spanish and English proficiency.
•A valid permit to work in Spain is required to be considered for this role.
