About the role
The Senior Director of Revenue Management leads the overall revenue strategy for the two properties – Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre.
As a key member of the Hotels Leadership Team, this role is responsible for maximizing revenue across all segments and distribution channels while ensuring alignment between Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.
We are looking for a commercially minded strategist who understands the luxury traveller, market dynamics, guest booking behaviour and distribution landscape; brings strong pricing, segmentation, forecasting and total revenue management capability; and can influence senior stakeholders through trusted relationships, clear communication and compelling data-led recommendations, while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in line with Four Seasons values and The Golden Rule.
