This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Finance Manager on the Operations Finance team, you will report to the Senior Finance Director. Your focus will be on driving performance, maintaining a strong control environment, and supporting and developing finance teams in All Inclusive hotels.

What you’ll do during a typical day:

• Conduct hotel control reviews to ensure compliance with USALI, Hilton’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support forecasting and budgeting process with focus on performance and achieving All Inclusive KPI’s following industry benchmarks.
• Support recruitment and development of the Finance team at hotel level

How you’ll collaborate with others:

• Work in close collaboration with the Senior Regional Finance Director analyze data, present reports for use by the Area VP Operations and other leaders.
• Manage interdisciplinary processes and communication between Finance and other departments, Finance Shared Services, FP&A, Legal, Tax, HR and others.
• Interact with hotel General Managers, external auditors and Owners regarding relevant issues, including financial performance and the internal control environment
